Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression

Sometimes the root cause of things that are troubling us originates in a past life. Physical tensions, chronic lower back pain or a knee problem may stem from an accident or wound sustained in a former life. A chronic sore throat may derive from a trauma such as strangling, hanging or choking. As the soul incarnates into life after life these traumatic memories can have echoes in our current life, causing symptoms that may make little sense, and keeping us from living peaceful lives. We may experience them as anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, phobias, obsessions, nightmares and unexplainable physical pain. Past Life Regression allows us to see beyond the confusion and illusions of this life and brings about a healing of the past life that resonates into our present life. It can bring about profound change and deep healing.

Current Life Regression

Regression Therapy also includes re-experiencing and healing current life memories, some of which may be below the level of conscious awareness. It enables the conflicts from the past that have been distorting our mental, emotional and physical well-being to be resolved. An example from the current life may be a phobia or PTSD (post traumatic stress) from childhood trauma or a life-threatening incident. The symptoms may include panic attacks, emotional outbursts, blocked feelings, self harm, numbness, unexplainable physical pain or recurring relationship problems. The therapy works by going to the root of the problem and includes body therapy to transform it in a way that is both safe and structured.

Life Between Lives Regression

Life Between Lives Regression therapy is often referred to as LBL or Spiritual Regression and it involves using deep hypnosis to guide a client beyond a past life and into what appears to be soul memories between lives. From a therapeutic perspective the aim is to help them understand life choices, their soul progression and their spiritual purpose for this life. This can help them make major life choices and better cope with the pressures of modern life. It also provides information about what happens after death.

Life Between Lives Regression has been progressively developed since the late 1960s by a number of psychologists and psychiatrists, the most prominent being Michael Newton. The regressions can last up to four hours and the main events have now been confirmed by thousands of consistent reports.

Following a past life death clients often talk about being welcomed by deceased friends or family and receiving healing to shed the denser emotions and energies associated with the physical world to allow them to re-enter the higher frequency vibrations of the spirit realm. Spirit Guides and Teachers review the past life. The only judgement in this review comes from the clients themselves, because all their actions and intentions become clear to them. At some point a client's soul group is encountered. These are souls working closely over many lives, although the relationships vary from lovers to family members to friends. Reuniting with them can be a profoundly moving experience in which the client finally feels that they are really home.

At some point they meet 'Elders', who are spirits of light that have attained a level of experience and wisdom that does not require them to physically reincarnate. They review, with love and compassion, the progress of the soul and can replay any of its past lives and discuss aspects until the soul understands what will be expected in the next life. With the participation of the soul this process helps to set the purpose of the next physical incarnation and help it to unfold.
